Sign up today for your opportunity to take advantage of a Fitness Bootcamp unlike any other.

This 8 week session will push you to reach your fitness goals and improve your overall health. Challenge yourself with a variety of cardio drills and calisthenics such as squats, push ups, lunges and plyometrics.

 

TIME: 4:30-5:30 pm
DAY: Tuesday and Thursday
START: Tuesday, April 10, 2012
END: Thursday, May 31, 2012

 

FOR ALL FITNESS BOOTCAMP CLASSES...if you have any injuries or special considerations, please check with your physician before participating, and inform the Instructor before you start.
