This class will increase your athletic prowess through skill based training. Speed & agility, dexterity, precision and power training, fitness for the athlete!  Our focus will be towards the upcoming spring and summer sports including: basketball, soccer,volleyball and racquet sports among others. Stay in shape this off-season and have fun doing it! 

 

TIME: 5:00-6:00 pm
DAY: Wednesday

NO CLASS: Wednesday, March 14, 2012

 

FOR ALL OFF-SEASON TRAINING CLASSES...if you have any injuries or special considerations, please check with your physician before participating, and inform the Instructor before you start.
