Are you ready to ride? This progressive 10-week indoor cycling and strength class will provide you with the perfect balance between cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength training. Strength exercises will be performed using the TRX suspension system, medicine balls and body weight as resistance. All fitness levels welcome!
