Join us as we take you through various poses designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. Each class will focus on the total body and breathing techniques with some work on specific muscle groups each week. Come out and enjoy the many benefits of yoga, including better posture, flexibility and lower blood pressure. FOR ALL YOGA CLASSES...wear non-restricting and comfortable clothing, and feet should be bare (no shoes). Mats will be provided. If you have any injuries or special considerations, please check with your physician before participating, and inform the Instructor before you start.
